DOMESTIC SYSTEMS
- Clean the indoor air filter(s) a minimum of four times a year. If the unit is in a location where dirt may easily accumulate, clean the filter(s) more frequently.
- Regularly inspect the outdoor unit to ensure it is not obstructed by vegetation or any other foreign objects.
- Annual servicing by a qualified technician is recommended.
COMMERCICAL SYSTEMS
- Clean the filters more regularly than domestic systems. A minimum of once every 2 weeks is recommended.
- Regularly inspect the outdoor unit to ensure it is not obstructed by vegetation or any other foreign objects.
- Servicing at least two – four times annually, by a qualified technician is recommended.
Some commercial systems may require more frequent maintenance, depending on the usage load, unit locations and outdoor air quality.
